DAY PROGRAMS ASSISTANT 

 Seeking a full time person to assist with the provision of direct programming for individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in our day services area. Duties will include providing for personal care needs, training in daily living and life skills, assistance both on premises and on community outings. High school education and valid driver’s license required. One or more years experience in human services is preferred. Monday through Friday daytime work no weekends or evenings. Full benefits to include health insurance, life insurance paid vacation, sick and personal time and you will have the ability to earn quarterly pay increases for good attendance.

 

DRIVER

Seeking part time drivers that will drive consumers to and from medical appointments, shopping, hospital discharges etc. Qualifications are good driving record, drug free, CPR/1st Aide certified (will train). Stop by to fill out application or print off one below and bring in.

 

TRANSPORTATION SCHEDULER/DISPATCHER

Provide professional and courteous service while scheduling appointments and answering a high volume of telephone calls. Monitor voice mail and e-mail. Coordinate and schedule daily transports as assigned by the Transportation Department. Manage Transportation data base for accuracy. Provide professional customer service to clients as well as staff. Input data using agency software.

Monitor radio and assist drivers with calls and locations. Communicate verbally and in writing between customers and relevant staff and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone, radio or in person, and to verbal or written instructions. There will be two positions 6:00 AM until 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Monday through Friday. Some Saturday’s will be required.
