Registration is NOW OPEN for winter programs!  Rec Connect is our new Walworth County-wide recreation program that is available to all people with disabilities. This program collaborates with existing organizations, programs and entities and develops additional options consistent with consumer needs and interests.

Shopping at Southridge Mall on December 8th

The Rec Connect program is taking a trip to Southridge Mall in Greenfield on Saturday, December 8, from 9 a.m.—2:00 p.m.  Cost is $25, includes lunch and transportation.  Rec Connect is our Walworth County-wide recreation program that is available to all people with disabilities.

We will meet at VIP and then board VIP’s transportation to the mall. Southridge is the largest mall in Wisconsin and features Dick’s Sporting Goods, JC Penney, a fabulous food court, pictures with Santa and much more.  Bring your own $$ for shopping!  To register for the trip or for more information about Rec Connect, contact Tara Scott at 262-723-4043 ext. 138 or





One week till Giving Tuesday on November 27th

One week till #GivingTuesday, a global day of giving that harnesses the collective power of individuals, communities and organizations to encourage philanthropy and to celebrate generosity worldwide. Following Thanksgiving and the widely recognized shopping events Black Friday and Cyber Monday and kicks off the giving season by inspiring people to collaborate and give back.

Homes for the Holiday Housewalk – Saturday, Nov. 17th

Tour beautifully decorated homes in the Elkhorn area from 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.  Tickets are $10 each.  When you have finished the tour, stop by Advia Credit Union at 837 N. Wisconsin Street in Elkhorn  for homemade refreshments, friendship and for a chance to win one of their holiday gift baskets!  The event is sponsored by the Elkhorn Area Women’s Club and proceeds benefit VIP Services.  Tickets are available at VIP Services, Advia Credit Union, Elkhorn Chamber of Commerce, Perkup, Matheson Memorial Library and from any Elkhorn Area Women’s Club member.  We hope you can join us for this lovely annual tradition!

Stir It Up 2018!

The 4th Annual Stir It Up, a Walworth County-wide fundraiser, is Sunday, November 4 from 11:00 a.m.—2:00 p.m. at Elkhorn Area High School.  

This year’s event benefits: VIP Services, New Beginnings – Domestic Violence Shelter Build for Walworth County, Lakeland Animal Shelter and area high school music programs.

Musical performances by Big Foot High School Jazz Band along with Elkhorn Area High School Jazz Band and Chorus.

Tickets prices:

$10 for Youth (ages 7 – 17)

$25 for General Admission

$50 for Preferred Seating (includes preferred front row seating, preferred parking and table service)

Sports of Sorts program (7 classes) on Wednesdays from 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. The dates are September 26, October 3, October 10, October 17, October 24, November 7 and November 14.  There will not be a class offered on October 31st.  Cost is $35 for 7 classes.  To register or for more info:  Click here!
  2. Water Aerobics program (5 classes) on Thursdays from 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. The dates are: September 27, October 4, October 11, October 18 and October 25.  Cost is $55 for 5 classes.  To register or for more info:  Click here!

Volunteer Recognition Reception – Tuesday, April 17

Please join us for this special event to recognize and thank our volunteers for their service and dedication. VIP’s Bowl-a-thon FUNdraiser – Saturday, March 3rd

Come have a ball at VIP Services’ 10th Annual Bowl-A-Thon, presented by Casey’s General Store! Funds raised support VIP’s mission to empower adults with disabilities.  

Join us for this fun event on Saturday, March 3rd at Delavan Lanes.  This popular event welcomes all ages and abilities and provides participants with the opportunity to raise funds for VIP Services operations while simultaneously having a fun time. The day will be divided into two sixteen team sessions, the first beginning at 12:00 p.m. and the second at 3:00 p.m. Special incentives will be offered for those teams who raise $400 or more in pledges.  Bowl-a-thon registration forms have recently been distributed.
