VIP provides affordable transportation for all residents of Walworth County. All vehicles are ramp or lift equipped, accessible, and offer curb-to-curb service. Come ride with us!

Who qualifies for VIP transportation?

Partnerships with the county, like Wal-to-Wal DIAL-a-RIDE, allow us to provide options to meet just about any transportation need you have. To learn more about this partnership, click here. VIP Transports are for residents that live in Walworth County who need to travel within Walworth County. The only travel outside of Walworth County is for those with disabilities, seniors (60+), and veterans for medical appointments only. Trips are available Monday through Friday only and must be scheduled at least 2 days in advance.

How Do I Arrange a Ride?

  • Contact VIP Services’ Transportation Department by calling 262-723-4402 (Monday-Friday 6:00am-7:00pm, Saturday 7:00am-5:30pm). Or, email us at transportation@vipservices-inc.org 

  • Medical Appointment rides that are out of county must be scheduled 2 days in advance (for those with disabilities, seniors (60+), and veterans for medical appointments only)

What Do I Need to Know About My Ride?
A VIP Driver will deliver you to your destination and pick you up at the designated time at the same location. If your medical appointment is running late and you will not be ready for your scheduled pick-up time, please call VIP Services’ Transportation Department at 262-723-4402.

 

How Do I pay For My Ride?
When you call to arrange a ride, our schedulers will inquire as to whether you have a funding source. They will also ask other questions that will determine the rate category that would be used. Co-payments are collected at the time of your ride. We accept cash only due at the time of pick up. For out of county only, we will also accept check (made payable to VIP Services), or credit card (call to pay by phone). If you have a funding source, they will be invoiced. If an extra stop is needed for a medical appointment, it must be scheduled in advance and will be charged an additional one-way fare.

 

Transportation Public Rights Under Title VI
VIP Services, Inc. operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, or national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. Any person who believes she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with VIP Services, Inc.
