Judge Jim Carlson of the Whitewater Knights of Columbus Council 1690 recently presented a check to VIP Services from the Council’s 2013 Tootsie Roll Drive. Joining the Judge to receive the check with Shelly Arnold, Cody Hawkins, Brenda Kelly and Day Programs Director Angie Brunhart.
