VIP Board President Donna Neshek (l.) joined Executive Director Cindy Simonsen in congratulating Stanley Steele on being named Individual Achievement Honoree of the Year at the agency’s annual Recognition Dinner in February. Stanley was selected by clients and staff from a pool of twelve 2013 Individual Achievement Honorees.
