VIP Services Closed for Memorial Day Holiday

VIP Services Day Services, Pre-Vocational, and front offices will be closed on Monday, May 30th in observance of the Memorial Day holiday. Transportation will run for dialysis and crisis only. Enjoy the long weekend! 🇺🇸
