Prevocational
Services

Our facility-based Prevocational Services provide a structured training environment to learn practical job skills, develop good work habits, appropriate social skills, and gain confidence to achieve outcomes and potential competitive community employment.

The Prevocational Services area is comprised of adults with disabilities, or barriers who work alongside production personnel in an integrated work environment to gain on the job skills and positive social interactions. The work includes packaging, material handling, and light assembly.

We work with several area business partners to bring tasks in-house for our team to work on. The individuals in this program are compensated for their work based on their productivity.
