HOW DO I ARRANGE A RIDE?
Call VIP Services’ Transportation Department at 262-723-4043 ext. 161, Monday Through Friday from 6:00 AM through 5:00 PM
Medical Appointment rides must be scheduled 2 days in advance
Senior Dining (Nutrition) Trips may be scheduled the day before (see schedule below)

What Do I Need To Know About My Ride
A VIP Driver will deliver you to your destination and pick you up at the designated time at the same location.
If your appointment is running late and you will not be ready for your designated pick-up time, please call VIP Services’ Transportation Department 262-723-4043 ext. 161.
What Will The Service Cost?
Co-payments are collected at the time of your ride.
We accept cash or check (payable to: VIP Services).
Each additional stop during a trip is charged an additional one-way fee.
