6:00 AM to 7:00 PM        Weekdays

7:00 AM to 5:30 PM         Saturdays

*One Way Fares


Seniors (60+), children under 18, people that have a disability


Adults (18+) traveling within one community’s corporate limits


All other adult trips


Public or private agency prepaid trips regardless of category


To arrange a ride, call VIP Services at 262-723-4402. Please call by 4 p.m. the day before a requested ride. A guaranteed ride requires previous day advanced notice. This service does not provide transportation outside of Walworth County.

 What Types of Rides Can You Get?

  • Non-emergency Medical Appointments  outside of Walworth County (Mondays – Fridays)

  • Transportation for Dialysis Appointments (Mondays – Saturdays)

  • Trips to Senior Dining Centers (Nutrition) on Scheduled Days

 How Can I Get A Ride From VIP Services?

  • Call VIP Services’ Transportation Department at 262-723-4043 ext. 161Monday Through Friday from 6:00 AM through 5:00 PM

  • Medical Appointment rides must be scheduled 2 days in advance

  • Senior Dining (Nutrition) Trips may be scheduled the day before (see schedule below)

 What Do I Need To Know About My Ride

  • A VIP Scheduler will call you the day before your ride to confirm the ride and pick-up time.

  • A VIP Driver will deliver you to your destination and pick you up at the designated time at the same location.

  • If your appointment is running late and you will not be ready for your designated pick-up time, please call VIP Services’ Transportation Department 262-723-4043 ext. 161.

  • If an “after the appointment” pick-up time was not designated, please call VIP Services’ Transportation Department 262-723-4043 ext. 161 and a driver will pick you up within one hour.

What Will The Service Cost?

  • Co-payments are collect at the time of your ride. You may pay by cash, check (payable to: VIP Services) .

  • Each additional stop during a trip is charged an additional one-way fee.
